(2) We are buyers and transformers of real estate, not buyers and flippers of real estate.
We acquire vacant buildings and develop them into high-end apartments and vibrant mixed use destinations. Previously vacant buildings are materially transformed and then reintegrated into their neighborhood and community.

We’re interested in small businesses with $2 million to $25 million in revenues. Often too small and overlooked by large private equity funds, or possessing a disruptive technology, we like them for their great niches and excellent technologies and capabilities.
