It is notable that none of our team has ever worked on Wall Street. While our principals have been acquiring companies and structuring merger and acquisition transactions and principal investments for over twenty years, it is a model based on deliberate business strategy and value creation, not financial engineering. We have held real jobs within the types of companies we invest, and have worked in the areas of:
- Board of Directors
- Various C-Level roles
- General Management
- Sales and Sales Management
- Marketing and Marketing Management
- Product Design and New Product Development
- Sourcing / Purchasing
- Factory Layout Design/Implementation
- Production Supervision
- Factory Management
- Distribution Center Design/Implementation
- Distribution Center Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Greenfield Factory Startups
- Systems Design and Development
- IT Management
We have substantial experience in:
- Applying “Buy-Build” acquisition strategies to form dominant competitors in highly fragmented industries;
- Restructuring and turnarounds;
- Developing dominant business models and positioning businesses to become market-leading enterprises;
- Close partnership with management teams; and
- Business strategy.
Our team can function in various capacities, based on the needs of each particular situation. We are flexible. This could include being a coach to the management team in an acquired company, to being the CEO in a company that needs a CEO when the company is acquired.
